I loaded a few VOBs and exported short clips from them. ![]() In this folder make a new folder, Name it QuickTime In finder use the Go to Folder option from the Go Menu and enter ~/Library/ Get a copy of the ponent - I already had it in /System/Library/QuickTime - So I just copied it So to get streamclip to work with MPEG2 files, try the following. Which is where streamclip looks for the ponent. Apple have removed the QuickTime folder from the ~/Library/ folder. So I dug around a little and found a fairly simple way to get it working. But, like TJ7 I use it to cut little pieces out of VOBS or whole DVDs. After upgrading it still runs and will happily work with all it's usual file types except anything that needs the MPEG2 component. MPEG Streamclip was working before the upgrade.
